2. Subscription & Billing
Rosewolf operates as a subscription SaaS service.
Subscription fees are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
All fees are non-refundable unless stated in writing.
You authorize us to store payment method(s) and automatically charge future invoices.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Keeping your login information secure
Ensuring your business complies with applicable laws
Messages sent through Rosewolf using your account
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, spam, or illegal use.
4. SMS Compliance
By using Rosewolf, you agree to follow TCPA and carrier guidelines:
You must only text contacts who opted in to receive messages.
You must include opt-out instructions (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”).
You must follow all applicable local and federal messaging regulations.
Rosewolf is not responsible for your misuse of SMS features.
5. Prohibited Use
You may NOT use Rosewolf for:
Spam or unsolicited messages
Harassment, threats, or harmful content
Fraud or deceptive business practices
Adult content, gambling, hate, or violence
Illegal activity of any kind
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or third-party issues (Twilio, LeadConnector, etc.) may affect availability.
7. Data & Privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using Rosewolf, you consent to reasonable collection and use of information as described.
8. Third-Party Services
Rosewolf integrates with third-party systems like Twilio, LeadConnector, Google, etc. We are not responsible for failures, policy changes, or disruptions by those providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Rosewolf is not liable for lost profits, lost leads, lost revenue, or business interruptions.
You use the platform at your own risk.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the last 30 days.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for misuse or non-payment. You may cancel your subscription anytime by contacting support.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
